Interested in being a chef in a remote backcountry lodge catering to small private groups?
Mallard Mountain Lodge is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic chefs for the following weeks this summer, Aug 14-19 & Sep 3-8. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working in an unsupervised situation in a remote mountain environment and interacting directly with guests. Applicants must be in the possesion of current FoodSafe and Serving It Right certifications, have experience in meal preparation, menu planning and inventory management. Specific backcountry work experience is preferred but not mandatory. There is a possibility of long-term employment.
