Icefall Lodge is looking for a backcountry chef

Icefall Lodge is looking for an experienced backcountry cook to fuel our alpine hiking program this summer.

We have multiple shifts available throughout July and August with a one-week minimum commitment. Operating a remote, heli-access kitchen requires a unique skill set; you must be highly organized and resourceful, with proven experience cooking in a backcountry lodge environment.

You will be responsible for the full daily rhythm: preparing hearty breakfasts, lunch spreads, après-hike appies, dinners, and desserts, alongside managing inventory and general lodge chores.

You must be comfortable working in a remote environment, have strong communication skills, and have experience working around helicopters.

Please contact info@icefall.ca for full details or to apply.
